Cancellations

Cancelling a Room

• We require 2 days (48 hrs) notice of any cancellations

• Failure to do so will result in the first night being charged

Cancelling the Cottage

• 1 week before arrival, otherwise first night will be charged

Please respect our rooms

Cleaning fees

A cleaning charge of $25.00 will apply if dishes in the kitchenettes are left dirty upon checkout

Damage fees

A damage charge of $50-250 will apply if:

• Furniture or equipment has been broken

• Large stains are left on the carpet

• An excess amount of garbage is left on the floor

Additional terms

The cottage requires a minimum 2-night stay.

Quiet Bay Inn and Café is not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities

No fireworks are allowed to be set off on Quiet Bay property.
